Corridor Safety Improvement Program
The Anaheim Street Major Corridor Improvement Project is expected to break ground this fall, with completion anticipated in late 2027. We will update our website with new information as we receive it.
Trespassing Issues
City-Approved Signage & Forms
Specific “No Trespassing” signs may be installed and used in conjunction with a Request for Service form and photo of the installed sign if they are filed with the Long Beach Police Department. The form is good for one year and allows officers, without the property/business owner being present, to request that the trespassers leave a property or they can effect an arrest/cite upon their refusal. Purchase the required signage at our Zaferia member Anaheim Ace Hardware located at 2720 E. Anaheim St.

Free Notary Services
The Zaferia Business Association is pleased to offer a new, complimentary notary service available to all members in good standing. This includes documents like the 602 Request for Service form, which requires notarization for businesses in order to enforce no trespassing signage. Members may schedule a free notary appointment an hour before each Board of Director’s meeting, and on a limited basis outside of meetings.
All services must be booked in advance, and members will need to provide details about the documents being notarized when scheduling. Notary services are based on availability and may be utilized up to four (4) times per year by a member. 602 Form notarization requests will be prioritized.
